I recently happened upon your mock trial blog and really like it compared to so many others out there. I actually work for a pair of trial consultants that coach lawyers and students how to be more persuasive advocates. They wrote a book called The Articulate Advocate, which is used by both law professors and mock trial teachers in their curriculum. I think it would really help your students as it provides immediately useful answers to common questions about channeling adrenaline, talking too fast, and remembering everything you need to say as you grab and hold your jury’s attention, which are all questions I’ve seen mock trial kids ask on forums and blogs.
